Embodied leadership: How our body points the way in (first) leadership experiences

The body and mind are excellent feedback organs for training us in good leadership. How can we turn our body into an ally that supports us in conflicts and helps us to make the right decisions?
We all have a body. What seems like a platitude is the focus of the course by Andreas Lelley, who provided his expertise from the field of body psychotherapy to offer a seminar together with the Managing Director of HoC, Michael Stolle, to give students an idea of using their bodies to train themselves in the qualities of an authentic and confident leadership role. The off-campus seminar took place in the guardhouse of Karlsruhe Castle. The participants were given a guided tour of the castle, climbed the castle tower and were then able to sit on the throne in the castle park. The interface between the sensing body and the recognising mind makes it clear that potential can develop in harmony with both spheres, helping us to meet the challenges of everyday and professional life with intuitive solutions.
