You can apply in the lottery procedure from 14.04.25 (12 noon) – 17.04.25 (12 noon)
for places in max. 4 HoC courses. There will be no ‘First Come, First Served’ in the first registration phase
there is NO TIME PRESSURE when registering/applying!
After the draw on 17.04.25 (12 noon) free places can be booked at any time by ‘First Come, First Served’ until shortly before the start of the event!
If you do not find a place in your desired course in either the first or second
registration phase, please note the option of the WILDC to cancel your registration.
the WILDCARD option: this means that you will not be admitted to the course
(on time) or free places are allocated at the start of the event. Simply show up on time
at the start of the event and, with a bit of luck, you may still
get a place.
