Lecturers:

Vladana: Working with diverse backgrounds of lifelong learners in higher education, I have learned the importance of holistic pedagogical approach such as transformative education. In this kind of learning environment, I have seen among the student’s increased awareness of the future challenges, active and motivated dialogues and increased critical thinking. I would like to motivate and encourage students to adopt innovative thinking, to refine decision-making abilities, to increase problem solving skills and to foster empathy.

Hoai: When working with civil society actors, I learnt about the enormous impact of their commitment and that dialogue between the various groups within our community can bring about positive change. I would like to motivate students to volunteer because the interaction with their local communities can significantly contribute to their personal growth.
