The stress level among students is steadily increasing. Many students are already suffering from chronic stress with symptoms such as exhaustion, inner tension, nervousness or sleep disorders. Stress prevention and stress management are becoming increasingly important for students to stay powerful and healthy.
This workshop will provide students with ideas, methods and techniques to improve self-, time, and energy management and better cope with study requirements and time pressure.
Workload for ECTS:
1 ECTS: active participation in the workshop as well as a short written report on ideas to reduce personal stress level.
Lecturer:
I am a trainer for stress/time management and mindfulness, working mainly with students and PhDs. I also have long work experience in marketing and PR and offer seminars on life balance, personal development, as well as individual coaching. My passion lies in Positive Psychology, my sources of inspiration are my family, nature, books, and good conversations.
