Where do I actually want to go? How do I want to organize my life? What do I want to focus on?

These questions do not only arise during the transition from university to professional life – they accompany us time and again – especially in times of change, uncertainty or personal crises that require a conscious (re)orientation.

In this workshop, you will embark on a personal journey of discovery to your values: What is really important to me? What is standing in my way – perhaps unconsciously? An inner compass of values can help you to formulate clear goals and make conscious decisions. This allows you to expand your personal scope for action and make decisions that really suit you.

With interactive methods, coaching impulses and space for self-reflection and exchange, you will develop your inner compass step by step in the sense of a personal assessment and clarification of your values.

Lecturer:

Sabrina Weiß is project manager of the Leadership Talent Lab (LTL) at the House of
Competence (HoC). As part of the project, she deals with issues of good (self-)leadership and personal development, among other things. In addition to her academic training in social economics/behavioral sciences and environmental ethics, she is a trained sports therapist and certified systemic coach.
