The WeQ metatrend is based on understanding leadership as a shared responsibility and not as a solitary task. WeQ stands for a form of We-Intelligence that is hidden behind many new approaches such as Scrum, Design Thinking & Co. The aim is to understand this metatrend, to recognize the impact dimensions in relation to necessary leadership skills and to be able to reflect on them both in oneself and in the work in the team.
The workshop will use the “Leadership 1.0 – 5.0” model and various social science studies on the topic of leadership to work out what leadership perceptions and requirements exist in organizations. It also provides orientation on how sustainable and modern WeQ leadership can be practiced.
Workload for ECTS:
1 ECTS: active participation in the workshop and other subtasks, which may include, for example
- Preparation and follow-up (e.g. in the form of independent reading of recommended specialist literature)
- Carrying out the transfer tasks recommended in the workshop
- Written reflection report or adequate performance
