New year – new luck? If you feel the need to actually turn good intentions into actions in the coming year, you don’t have to leave that to luck. Goals that promote well-being, for example by creating meaning or making a contribution to something larger, can be worked out quite concretely here. Whether they relate to everyday student life or are to be formulated and achieved in the context of work and leadership is entirely up to you.

In this workshop, you will learn how to define goals – especially at the turn of the year – and experience self-efficacy through appropriate goal setting and their achievement. Scientifically based and at the same time interactive and practice-oriented.

Workload for ECTS:
2 ECTS: Preparation and follow-up (e.g. in the form of independent reading of recommended literature)

  • Performance of all transfer tasks recommended in the workshop,
  • Active participation in the presence workshop as well as in the virtual follow-up meeting
  • Written reflection report or adequate performance
