We want to set ourselves apart better, start studying earlier, finally tackle the final paper, act more clearly, exercise more, tackle tasks early, show more self-confidence, make decisions faster, and so on. Although we usually have clear intentions and goals, it is always difficult for us to put them into practice and stick to them in the long term. From motivation psychology we know that fighting the inner pig is not the right way to achieve sustainable motivation.
The Zurich Resource Model (CRM®) shows you resource-oriented possibilities for self-motivation and self-control. It is a training developed by Dr. Maja Storch and Dr. Frank Krause at the University of Zurich and is based on neurobiological findings on human learning and empirically proven motivational psychological theories. The effectiveness of the training is continuously monitored by scientists. It is successfully applied today in the economic, health and social sectors as well as in top-class sports.
With the help of theoretical inputs, practical exercises in individual and group work and individual feedback, you will acquire a resource-oriented method of self-management.
