Studying is full of challenges. While setbacks and failures are part of any study, how we think about and deal with them makes a big difference in terms of study success. At this point, one’s mindset can be a success factor or it can contribute to one’s failure. In this three-part workshop, students will gain a comprehensive insight into current mindset research. They will learn about different mindsets (e.g. Growth-vs. Fixed-Mindset, Stress-Mindset, etc.) and systematically explore their own mindset in different situations. They are guided to question their mindset and learn ways to develop a supportive mindset depending on the situation.

Work Expenditure:

2 ECTS: After each of the three online sessions, participants will have to edit a logbook and hand it in before the start of the following session.
