Participants learn the basics of mindfulness, resilience and self-regulation. Psychologically sound theoretical content is combined with a high practical component for trying out and practicing.

Students learn various meditation and breathing techniques, which they can apply especially in challenging situations (such as high-stress phases and exam situations). Participants develop a basic positive attitude towards the possibility of working on themselves and questioning and expanding their own self-regulation strategies.

In addition, the students deal with emotional intelligence and the self-regulation that goes along with it. The final step is to apply a mindful basic attitude not only in dealing with one’s own self, but also in communicating with others.

The learning objectives are transferred into the student’s everyday life in a particularly sustainable way with the following reflection report.

Workload for ECTS:

1 ECTS: active participation

2 ECTS: active participation + reflection report
