The seminar participants will first carry out monitoring in everyday life, the aim of which is to make individual characteristics in learning behavior visible. The results should serve as a basis for recognizing potential for improvement in their own learning behaviour.
In self-study components, participants learn about specific study-related learning and working techniques. The focus here is on techniques for dealing with texts and the teaching of organization, memorization, planning and regulation strategies.
Learning objectives:
- Increasing the ability to reflect on one’s own learning behavior
- Application of techniques to improve/optimize learning behaviour
- Development and application of measures for effective goal setting and action planning
- Development and application of control and regulation strategies
Workload for ECTS:
2 ECTS: Carrying out monitoring in everyday life to promote self-reflection, working on technology-supported modules, working on worksheets and test questions, short reflection work.
3 ECTS: Carrying out monitoring in everyday life to promote self-reflection, working on technology-supported modules, working on worksheets and test questions, detailed reflection work.
