Letting go is a topic of life. It accompanies us from our first breath to our last. It is part of the DNA of our human life and yet there is hardly anything that is so difficult for so many people.
Instead of letting go, we hold on to old memories, an unhappy love, faded T-shirts, beliefs from childhood, thousands of photos on our smartphones, missed opportunities, failed exams or friendships that are actually long gone.
In this workshop, we would like to go on a journey together and find out why it is so difficult to let go, what the conditions for letting go are, how you can prioritize and take good care of yourself, always with the aim of creating new freedom for yourself. Because: Letting go leaves both hands free!
What you will take away from the workshop:
- Background knowledge: biological, cultural, psychological and holistic dimensions of letting go.
- You clarify for yourself which prerequisites you need to be able to let go.
- You examine different areas of life with regard to their letting go possibilities.
- You will learn methods to take good care of yourself in the letting go process.

- preparatory task
