A significant part of student learning takes place through self-study. Students are expected to show initiative, motivation and self-regulation skills. However, the challenges in everyday student life can be complex.

In this online course, participants learn about their own motivation and learning behaviour so that then they can develop new motivational strategies for their studies and build up their knowledge in the area of self-regulated learning.

Workload for ECTS:

2 ECTS: active participation and final assignment

3 ECTS: active participation, final assignment and reflection report
