You know the feeling of constantly having to prove yourself – and still feel like you’re never really good enough? Or do you sense that there is more to you – and want to finally reach your full potential without constantly comparing yourself to your fellow students?
Especially during tough exam periods with high failure rates and vast amounts of study material, it’s not easy to really feel up to it – let alone to feel worthwhile inside.
If you feel the same way, this workshop is the right place for you! You will develop tools and strategies to gradually detach your self-worth from grades and external successes and build up a stable trust in yourself. When you learn to stand by yourself like a good friend – regardless of performance – it makes all the difference:
You deal with setbacks more calmly, learn from mistakes more quickly and grow all the more as a result. You will become someone who is self-confident and successful in your studies and in life.
