Communicating appreciatively and empathically with oneself and with others is a desire shared by many people today. Especially when there are conflicts and misunderstandings.
Nonviolent communication according to Marshall Rosenberg offers us exactly this possibility. With the 4 steps you will learn in this workshop, you will succeed in your encounters with other people, for example, to see your anger as an indication of your needs – and those of your counterpart. This enables appreciative communication.

 Workload for ECTS:

1 ECTS: active participation in the Workshop and Transfer Task.
