The next exam is due in three weeks. The decision has been made: “Tomorrow I’ll start studying – right after breakfast!” But after breakfast, the bathroom and kitchen are finally cleaned again, then two important letters are quickly taken to the post office and two e-mails are briefly answered. After a longer telephone call it is then actually already again time for the lunch… After this pattern also still the remaining day runs and in the evening one realizes that many important things were settled, but one still did not begin with learning. Who does not know this?
The objective of the seminar is to learn different strategies against procrastination and to apply them independently in everyday life.
The seminar consists of a monitoring in everyday life and different self-learning parts.

2 ECTS: Performing a monitoring in everyday life to promote self-reflection, working on technique-based modules against procrastination behavior, working on worksheets and test questions, short reflection work
3 ECTS: Performing a monitoring in everyday life to promote self-reflection, working on technique-based modules against procrastination behavior, working on worksheets and test questions, extensive reflection work
Learning Objectives:
- Increase reflective skills regarding one’s own behavior.
- To become familiar with and apply techniques to reduce procrastination behaviors in studies.
