This micro module accompanies the course “research practice” and offers an opportunity for students to learn the basics of presentation (structure, design, different approaches, non-verbal and paraverbal aspects, giving and receiving feedback, etc.) and gain presentation experience. This will build awareness for the target audience and the creation of appropriate presentations. Additionally, participants get the opportunity to work on their own presentation style.

1 ECTS: Active participation incl. a short presentation

Participation in the course is only possible in combination with the course “research practice”. Please only enroll when participating in that course

 

Lecturer:

Birgit Jüttner is a vocational teacher (M.A.) and occupational therapist. Since 2009 she has been responsible for training, consulting and support (mainly) in the office area as well as the editorial preparation of professional publications in a small IT company in Karlsruhe. She also has experience in interviewing, time management, job application and motivation training from her previous fields of work. At the HoC she offers professional
