In this course you will learn to work efficiently online in teams. For this purpose, concepts & theories will be developed and tested, with which work processes, communication and culture can be designed according to your needs. You will use tools & techniques for online collaboration and apply them in a group project. In addition, experts will contribute their experiences on the topic, who will be invited to participate in the course within our online sessions.

Lifelong learning is part of the project manager’s professional life. In numerous training projects, he has digitally implemented new qualification concepts for various customers and organizations. It helps to acquire a spectrum of methods and processes, e.g. SCRUM, Kanban, Lean, Design Thinking, UX, Effectuation, Idea & Innovation Management, DevOps, Agile Scaling (Nexus, LeSS).

• Was and is a lecturer at various universities teaching project, product, service, idea and innovation management
• Currently working as an Agile Coach in management consulting, with focus on developing agile teams and organizations
