Soon you will graduate and you realize how challenging it has been.
How to successfully start your working life when you nearly used up all your resources? What are you looking forward to? Is it that finally you are becoming financially independent? In the workshop we work on realizing which strategies you (subconsciously) developed in order to cope in challenging situations. You learn how benefitial this knowledge is in order to manage your resources and better perform in the future. It is about restoring your balance. Thus you can learn how to be resilient.
Physical, mental and emotional fitness are (among other factors) closely related to how purposeful you perceive your job. So it is about becoming aware of perspectives: of you as a future employee and the employer.
