Learning Objectives:
- Getting to know the requirements for successful teamwork
- Recognizing team dynamics and how to handle them
- Gaining increased clarity of one’s own strengths and weaknesses in teams
- Expanding one’s competences of team organization
Requirements:
Participation in the course is only possible in combination with the course “Studio: Concept”.

Lecturer:
Britta Hoffmann is a research assistant at the perspective laboratory of the HoC, where she leads the wiseUP project, which is aimed at student honorary positions. She is also a freelance trainer and systemic coach with a focus on communication.
