Change is easy – and change is hard. They are an everyday phenomenon, and just as everyday is the call to embrace change again and again.
In this workshop, you will learn how to actively approach change, change habits and create something new. We will practise key aspects of change management in the microcosm of your own experience.
The workshop offers an insight into various theories and methods that raise awareness of your own ability to change and strengthen your self-efficacy. Participants are encouraged to take a closer look at the transitions from the old to the new and to expand their personal scope for action.
The practice-oriented methods of the workshop enable a direct transfer into everyday life. It offers a varied mix of theoretical principles, self-reflection and practical individual and group exercises.

Workload for ECTS:

1 ECTS: Active participation in the workshop; completion of a transfer exercise (‘challenge’) with subsequent written reflection (approx. 1-2 pages).
