Do you see a problem or an opportunity in a new challenge?
Every day, we solve around 20,000 problems completely intuitively. This is fine for some decisions, but when it comes to complex challenges, it is worth taking a closer look.
In this workshop, we want to make our own creative thinking process visible. With the help of the FourSight® thinking profile analysis, we will identify your personal thinking preferences in dealing with challenges. The goal is not to change your thinking preferences, but to understand how they affect your decision-making, your perceptions, your stress levels and your interactions with others. So that solutions become easier.
What you will take away from the workshop
- You will know your individual thinking preferences in a problem-solving process.
- You will learn to appreciate what may seem strange to you about the way others work and understand that it makes your own work better.
- You can apply the knowledge of your own thinking preferences in everyday life and master challenging tasks (with others) confidently and successfully.
- You will develop an individual Creative Profile text that will help you to position yourself on the job market.
