Do you know the feeling of being stuck in your head – thoughts are spinning, imaginary to-do lists are filling up – and you barely notice your body? Yet it has long been involved: It reacts to stress, stores experiences and shows you what you need – if you learn to listen.
In this workshop, we will explore how movement, breathing and posture influence our perception, emotions and even our thinking and vice versa – with practical exercises and tools that are easy to apply in everyday life. Discover how your body talks to you and learn to understand it better!

- Suppressed emotions and the expression of emotions
- Interpreting psychosomatic symptoms
Self-awareness & regulation
- Exercises for self-awareness of the body
- Psychological and physical self-love
- Breathing techniques to regulate the nervous system

- Movement qualities and movement analysis
- Developing a physical flow state
Theory & reflection
- Theory of body memory
- Strategies for improving mental/physical imbalances
- Exchange, reflection and feedback in small groups
Prerequisite for participation:
You don’t need any previous knowledge – just an openness to body and mindfulness-related exercises and a willingness to rediscover yourself.
Please bring a sports/yoga mat or a thick blanket! If you don’t have one, let us know and we’ll be happy to bring you something.

1 ECTS: Attendance and active participation in the workshop + reflection report
Lecturer:
Kristin Wunder studied speech science, rhetoric, psychology and education, as well as various training courses in mediation/conflict management, dance/psychotherapy, bodywork and fitness training. In her work as a trainer, a holistic approach that takes into account all physical, mental and emotional levels is important to her.
