After graduating, there are many questions: What do I do now? What do I want to achieve professionally? How can I actively shape my future? In this seminar, we look with joy and curiosity at how you can develop creative solutions for your professional and personal vision.

With Design Thinking, we offer you a flexible tool and a way of thinking that helps you to master complex challenges and find suitable answers to your questions. Through trial and error and experimentation, you will develop new ideas and become capable of taking action to pursue your goals with confidence. The focus is on the joy of the creative process and the confidence that you can actively shape your future with the right tools.

Before the seminar, you will carry out a short self-reflection to clarify your own wishes and goals. After the seminar, you will receive literature references to deepen what you have learned and further develop your ideas.

Lecturer:

Julia holds a degree in media management and studied in Siegen (Germany) and Limerick (Ireland). Her heart beats for creative collaboration to develop sustainable solutions for people and planet. She has been teaching Design Thinking at KIT since 2016 and also works with her collective Rosige Zukunft as a workshop facilitator and consultant in the context of green transformation. Her favorite methods and frameworks include the Inner Development Goals, Design Thinking and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.
