What is your place on a team? Does this role match your strengths? When does a team work well? And what role does the issue of trust play in this? Together we want to search for clues, which special features, rules and peculiarities make a team a team and what each individual can contribute to the success. We start with some basics on the subject from pedagogy and psychology. Of course, we then also use different problem-solving tasks from the field of experiential education, which are used in the GATE e.V. high ropes course by school classes as well as managers of large and medium-sized companies in order to gain a new perspective on their own teams and their members. Meeting point is at 9 a.m. directly in the high ropes course. Please bring a snack with you.
