Are you struggling with exams and feel like you’re losing track during the lecture period? That doesn’t have to be the case!

During the seminar, you will learn to analyze your own learning and working behavior. Based on your self-reflection, you will learn new learning strategies and apply them directly. At the end of the semester, you will be an expert in your learning process!

Workload for ECTS:

2 ECTS: Active participation in all sessions, short reflection report

3 ECTS: Active participation in all sessions, detailed reflection report

 

Lecturer:

As a systemic consultant, educator and lecturer, Dr. Caroline Götz is an expert in change and learning processes. Since 2019, she has been working intensively on how she can promote students’ self-efficacy in learning. She has also developed a podcast for this purpose.
