Regardless of whether you are already pursuing the goal of working in a managerial position after graduation, or simply want to clarify “How do I manage my everyday life, my learning group, my partnership/family, etc.?” – in this seminar accompanied by horses, “leadership” can be experienced directly for you.
People who want to be led can get involved especially well if they can perceive authenticity and congruence in the work of the counterpart. This perception usually takes place unconsciously at the level of non-verbal communication. Non-verbal expresses our inner attitude and values. This makes it an important leadership competence to become aware of one’s own convictions and values and to be able to lead oneself and one’s environment in harmony with them. Horses are masters at reading body language and can help us understand how we ourselves are perceived as leaders. Observing a herd of horses also reveals the skills and values of authentic leadership with integrity.
By experiencing with all your senses, you will experience how your inner attitude and attitude can affect your entire leadership.
This one-day workshop includes:
- Getting to know and learning about key competencies for successful leadership
- Working out your own values and personal leadership style
- Reflecting on one’s own strengths and weaknesses with regard to credibility in the leadership role
- Training clear, appreciative and encouraging communication for a successful and trusting cooperation
- Awareness of non-verbal communication for more impact and presence
- Experiential and experience-oriented methods for intensive self-reflection
In addition, you get the special opportunity to receive clear, incorruptible and direct feedback from the herd animal, which is value-free and therefore easy to accept.
