The following topics are covered by the seminar:

I am a sports scientist and studied in Heidelberg (NF Traumatology/Performance Physiology and Psychology). Since 2001, I have been working for the AOK Baden-Württemberg in the Karlsruhe Health Center as a prevention officer. Consulting and support in the systematic implementation of regular health-promoting actions, especially the strengthening of resilience are a focus of my work. Since 2013, I have been a speaker for the coaching program ‘Live Balance’ and have been offering this to students at KIT (House of Competence) since 2016.
