In the age of digitization, the world of work is in a constant state of change. Today’s working methods will be outdated tomorrow. As a student, how can I shape my future positively and in harmony with my own values, talents and goals in this phase of life, despite the uncertainty? In this “Work-Life-Design” course, you will learn to break down structures, which can initially cause uncertainty, but then leads to creative and innovative thinking. The basis of Work-Life-Design is the MINDSET of Design Thinking. Therefore, it is not a Design Thinking process course, but rather the promotion of a culture of error, creative thinking, the joy of decision-making and the crystallization of the right question in the respective phase of life.

Workload:
2 ECTS: Active participation on both seminar days as well as tasks for preparation and follow-up.

Lecturer:
Isa Zöller was with SAP for 18 years before she started her own business as an innovation and decision coach and founded her own company “Life Innovation Mindest”. Creativity, innovative thinking, new work and collaboration were and remain her main focus. She teaches her participants the working methods of the future in individual and group exercises, guiding them through a Design Thinking process so that they can develop their own inner creative ideas.
