We are constantly making decisions, both in our private lives and at university. Later – as a specialist or manager – we not only take responsibility for ourselves, but also for others. But how do we manage to make decisions that feel good and right, especially in complex situations? What can we use as a guide?
In this interactive workshop, you will learn methods and techniques that you can use to make the right decisions on your own or as part of a team. We will start with a focus on individual decision-making and then turn our attention to decision-making in teams. Among other things, we will work with methods from systemic coaching and test and reflect on these together in nature.
What you will take away from the workshop:
- Decision-making:
You will get to know different methods – both for dealing with your own questions and for shaping decision-making processes in the team. - Reflection & self-awareness with methods in nature:
You will try out coaching methods in nature and use them to reflect on and clarify your inner processes. - Mindfulness and self-awareness:
You will improve your perceptual skills and gain a deeper understanding of intuitive decision-making processes (gut feeling) and how you can use them for yourself.
Weather permitting, a large part of the workshop will take place in nature. Please bring warm and weather-appropriate clothing and food for the lunch break.
