The future is full of unexpected paths! Every person is unique and called to follow his or her very own path with his or her talents and abilities. Which is your path? At KIT, you acquire expertise as a building block of your future. What does your professional and private future look like as a whole, so that you are happy and satisfied? What are your essential needs, talents, strengths? Which ones will play main roles in your life and work in the future? The seminar supports you in finding your answers to these questions. Cognitive as well as intuitive aspects are taken into account. The goal is that all participants create a personal vision of their fulfilled, meaningful and satisfying life (incl. implementation plan).

Workload:
2 ECTS: regular participation, active engagement to elaborate the individual contents
3 ECTS: regular participation, active engagement to elaborate the individual contents, and writing down and presentation of the developed overall picture

Lecturer:
Andrea Legge, supervisor and coach (DGSv), vocation coach (WaVe), M.A. work and organizational psychology, theologian. Her work is characterized by liveliness and interest in people. In the seminar Find YOUR Way Andrea Legge enables you to get to know yourself better and to go YOUR way.

Kerstin-Marie Berretz, Dominican, theologian and vocation coach-WaVe. She loves to ride her bike, even for long distances, and has learned that having a goal in mind helps you to move forward. In the seminar she supports you in finding your own goal and YOUR way to get there.
