The future is full of unexpected paths! Every person is unique and called to go their own way with their talents and abilities. Which path is yours? At KIT, you will acquire specialist knowledge as a building block for your future. What does your professional and private future look like as a whole, so that you are happy and satisfied? What are your main needs, talents and strengths? Which will play the main roles in your life and work in the future? The seminar supports you in finding your answers to these questions. Both cognitive and intuitive aspects are taken into account. The aim is for all participants to create a personal vision of their fulfilled, meaningful and satisfying life (including an implementation plan).

Workload for ECTS:
2 ECTS: regular participation, active involvement in developing the individual content
3 ECTS: regular participation, active involvement in developing the individual content and writing up and presenting the overall picture developed

This course is funded by the DAAD project “FIT – Förderung internationaler Talente zur Integration in Studium und Arbeitsmarkt”. International students are given priority for a place. Available places can also be taken by non-international students.

Lecturer:
Andrea Legge, supervisor and coach (DGSv), vocation coach (WaVe), M.A. Industrial and Organizational Psychology, theologian. Her work is characterized by liveliness and interest in people. In the seminar Find YOUR way Andrea Legge enables you to get to know yourself better and to go YOUR way.

Kerstin-Marie Berretz, Dominican nun, theologian and vocation coach-WaVe. She loves cycling, even over long distances, and has learned that having a goal in mind helps you to move forward. In the seminar, she supports you in finding your own goal and YOUR path to it.
