On the Leadership Talent Lab’s action day this semester, we are focusing on the courage to (learn to) lead. And yes: both the courage to take responsibility for yourself and others and leadership itself can be learned, regardless of age and stage of life.
Good leadership starts with yourself
We start the day with an interactive, body-oriented examination of ourselves as individuals. Three parallel workshops invite you to feel yourself mindfully, align your inner compass and curiously discover your own leadership mindset in order to engage with new perspectives.
Leading others requires relationship work
In three further workshops, we will focus on leadership styles that have brought about a transformation of leadership culture in companies, together with those leaders who are responsible for this change themselves.
Taking the lead means being courageous
Finally, we will be inspired by the impulses of the role models on their leadership experiences and challenges and enter into conversation with them: What is it like to have to make courageous decisions in order to lead people and organizations well?

The event is part of the anniversary program “We celebrate 200 years of KIT”.
