Dear students, from WS24/25, places for courses in the first registration phase will be allocated completely by lottery (this also applies to workshops from now on!).
You can apply from 11.10.24 (12 noon) – 15.10.24 (12 noon) for places in a maximum of 4 HoC courses. There will be no more ‘First Come, First Served’ in the first registration phase – so there is NO TIME PRESSURE when registering/applying!
After the draw on 15.10.24 at 12 noon, free places can be booked in the second registration phase via ‘First Come, First Served’ at any time until shortly before the start of the event! We therefore also ask you to cancel your registration for an event for which you have received a confirmation in good time if you do not wish to take part in it, in order to give other students the opportunity to book a free place.
If you have not received a place in your desired course in either the first or second registration phase, please note the WILDCARD option: This means that places that have not been allocated (on time) or are free at the start of the course will be allocated. Simply arrive on time for the start of the event and, with a bit of luck, you will still be allocated a place.
