We want to set ourselves apart better, start studying earlier, finally tackle our final thesis, present ourselves more clearly, do more sport, tackle tasks early, show more self-confidence, make decisions more quickly, etc. Although we usually have clear intentions and goals, we always find it difficult to put them into practice and stick to them in the long term. We know from motivational psychology that battling your inner bastard is not the right way to achieve sustainable motivation.
The Zurich Resource Model (ZRM®) shows you resource-oriented options for self-motivation and self-control. It is a training course developed by Dr. Maja Storch and Dr. Frank Krause at the University of Zurich and is based on neurobiological findings on human learning and empirically proven motivational psychological theories. The effectiveness of the training is continuously monitored by scientific research. Today, it is successfully applied in the business, health and social sectors as well as in top-class sport.
With the help of theoretical input, practical exercises in individual and group work and individual feedback, you will acquire a resource-oriented method of self-management.
A basic understanding of the seminar approach is important for your participation:
CRM® training is not about learning specific behavioral recipes or “quick solutions”. Sustainable self-control and motivation do not arise from external guidelines, but develop from your own inner processes.
The seminar supports you in activating your personal resources and finding an individual approach to your goals.
This requires a willingness to engage with your own experiences, to actively collaborate and to get involved in group processes.
