Why you should attend
In just two days, you will receive a compact overview of the most important topics that contribute to personal success for projects and goal achievement through successful action. You will be introduced to methods and tools that you will try out both in the workshop and as part of the follow-up work.

What you can expect

  • Introduction to the PERMA model according to M. Seligman (Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment)
  • The power of your strengths: How to discover your strengths and use them in everyday life
  • Experience flow: How commitment and enthusiasm make your path easier
  • Strengthening self-efficacy: How to increase your motivation and take action
  • Goals that work: How to set realistic and fulfilling goals
  • Successfully achieving your goals: How to pursue and achieve your goals consistently and with determination

What you take away

You will learn how to discover and utilize your strengths, increase motivation and make the path to your sensibly set goal a positive experience – all based on scientifically sound approaches from positive psychology. You will transfer key findings from the workshop to your everyday study life and document your first practical experiences in a short reflection report.
