What constitutes a ‘functioning’ team? And what does ‘functioning’ even mean? We want to track that down together, to see what are the characteristics, rules, and traits that make a group into a team. We begin with a few basics on the topic from the fields of psychology and education science. Of course, we then utilize several problem solution exercises from the field of experiential education that are used in the high ropes course GATE e.V. by school classes as well as large and medium-sized company’s executives to get a new perspective on their teams.
We meet directly at the high ropes course at 9 a.m. Please bring a snack. The next supermarket is 10 minutes away.

Workload for ETCS:
1 ECTS: active participation in the workshop as well as other tasks like:

  • Preparation and post-processing (e.g. in the form of independent reading of recommended literature)
  • Completing the transfer exercises recommended in the workshop
  • Written reflective report or similar
