In order to master the demands and challenges of everyday life and study, it helps to be in mindful connection with yourself. Being in touch with your own values, needs and limitations also makes it easier to recognize dilemmas and situations with a lack of resources and to consciously choose how to deal with them. In the online seminar, you will have time to identify your values and reflect on how you deal with time, your resources, your thoughts, your needs and your body. This will alternate between short input-based presentations, guided mindfulness and body scan exercises and group reflection sessions based on your individual questions. You may also create a reflection journal for daily use, which will help you to stay in touch with your own resources, needs and body.
