The motto of this year’s Leadership Talent Lab action day is “Leading together!”. After all, good leadership does not begin with a formal role or position of power, but where people are prepared to take responsibility for themselves, others and the community.

Although we are currently experiencing something completely different in view of the current global situation, we want to show that leadership can also work without egos and elbows and that teams can grow together in the face of tasks and challenges. The focus is therefore on the question of how leadership can succeed as a joint task, what scope we have to shape things and how we can use this in everyday life.

In four parallel workshops in the morning and afternoon, we will address key topics from teamwork and work together on the following questions, among others:

• How do we communicate clearly and constructively, even when there are differences of opinion?
• How can we set boundaries and say no without straining relationships?
• How can different needs and expectations be coordinated well within the team?
• And how do we stay calm when things get difficult in the team?

You will receive inspiring impulses and concrete tools that you can apply and try out directly in study projects, learning groups or in voluntary work.

No previous knowledge or leadership experience is required! The action day is aimed at all students and anyone interested in actively shaping collaboration.

What else?

Away from the campus and everyday student life, the day of action also offers a framework for getting to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere and exchanging ideas with other interested parties. There will also be free refreshments for all participants during the lunch break.
