According to a representative study by the IU (2022)*, 86.8% of respondents reported having experienced exam anxiety. However, only 14.1% have actively sought support to overcome their fears. There are proven and effective methods available that can help you to start the exam phase in a more relaxed and focused manner.
These include addressing the causes of exam anxiety and inner drivers, developing an individual learning plan, the targeted activation of personal resources and relaxation methods. We want to use these methods together to approach exams in a more relaxed and efficient way.
