Do you see a problem or an opportunity in a new challenge? Every day, we solve around 20,000 problems completely intuitively. This is fine for some decisions, but for complex challenges it is worth taking a closer look and developing conscious strategies.

In this two-day seminar, we systematically make our own creative thinking process visible and develop it further. Through structured self-reflection and practical exercises, we will identify your personal thinking preferences when dealing with challenges. Unlike standardized tests, you will develop your individual thinking patterns through guided self-assessment and mutual exchange.

The goal is not to change thinking preferences, but to understand how they affect decision-making, perceptions, stress levels and interactions with others. Through the intensive two-day work, the insights can be directly applied and consolidated in practical exercises.

What you will take away from the seminar

  1. Self-knowledge: You will know your individual thinking preferences in problem-solving processes through structured self-reflection
  2. Diversity of perspectives: You will learn about different thinking styles and understand how others’ ways of thinking and working enrich your own work
  3. Practical application: You can apply the knowledge of your thinking preferences in everyday life and master challenging tasks confidently and successfully
  4. Team competence: You develop strategies for successful collaboration with people of different thinking styles
  5. Personal profile: You’ll create a customized Creative Profile text that will help you position yourself authentically in the job market
  6. Concrete tools: You will receive a personal toolkit with methods and techniques for different phases of the problem-solving process.
